Orders placed through Bloused Creations are processed over a secure connection. We only collect the information needed to make and deliver your order, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Every product page describes the piece as it is actually made — materials, sizing, and options come from the item itself, not from stock copy. Because pieces are handmade and engraved individually, small variations in grain, slate edges, and finish are part of the character of the work rather than a fault.

Custom and personalized work is confirmed with you before anything is engraved. We will review your names, dates, spelling, and artwork with you, and we will let you know if a photo or file is unlikely to engrave well before we begin.

Approval is the step that locks in your piece: once you confirm the details, production starts from exactly what was approved.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, is not the item you ordered, or was engraved differently from the details you approved, contact us and we will make it right.

Please reach out as soon as you notice the problem so we can review it while shipping and production records are still current.

So we can resolve things quickly, include your name and order details, a short description of the issue, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

We review each report individually, usually alongside the approval details and production notes for your order. We will confirm what we can do — such as a repair, a remake, or another resolution — before anything is actioned, and we will keep you updated until it is closed out.
